Description

The SS PET Double Side Sticker Labelling Machine, Capacity: 100BPM is a machine which can do double side labelling of the bottles at a rate of 100 BPM. This is highly automates bottle labelling machine with excellent efficiency in industrial production of bottles. It makes sure that the labelling is done precisely and the application of the labels on both sides of the bottles is done simultaneously. Constructed with stainless steel frame, the machine is rugged, long lasting and suitable for use in hygienic conditions. Operating at very high speeds, the production capacity is 100 bottles per minute. With the use of the PLC with the Delta control system, the very precise and programmable control is ensured. The automated process cuts down on the manual work and at the same time increases the consistency of the product. 35 mm gap control between the labels of the bottles facilitates the neat and very accurate sticking of the labels to the bottles.
