The Roll Compactor Gmp Model, Capacity: upto 50 kg/hr is prepared for the dry granulation process that is very efficient in the pharmaceutical field. This compulsator is constructed according to good manufacturing practice (GMP) which makes the equipment capable of dealing with pharmaceutical materials safely, hygienically and without contamination. It features a 1 HP feeder motor at 1440 RPM that provides a constant supply of material to the machine. The screw speed can be adjusted from 10 to 50 RPM, thus providing a means of controlling the level of compaction. Due to a strong frame that weighs up to 1400 kg gross, it is resistant to any vibrations or movements during the operation of the machine. It is measured as 1400 kg gross in terms of the frame weight.
